The Advantage of C for Beginners

Approached in this sprint, C is actually a much better introduction to programming than Basic, pascal and other high-levl languages. C gives the new programmer more insigght into how the computer actually works then these high-level languages do
C is a midle-levl language, because it is cloder to the way that computers acctually work than language such as basic and pascal. Programmers usually talk aboaut two classes of programing languge :
- Low-Level nganguage, such as assembly language, go through every step of what the computer hardware does. This type of language is very powerful but dificult to learn and use
- Hight-Level language, such as basic, pascal, are fafarther from how the computer actually works. They are designed to fot in with the way people think ratherthen with the way computers operate
C has some advantages of both of this. It is low level in the sense that it works more like the computer than most hight-level language do , and it’s high level in the sense that it’s programs are structured like the programs of high-level languages, so their logic is easy to follow
